Wayne H. Ottum

President and Founder

Wayne H. Ottum is the President and founder of Ottum Enterprises, LLC, and has over two decades of experience in the design, development, and delivery of personal, management, organizational, and employee development programs focused on business and individual growth. This experience includes providing consulting across a wide variety of industry and project environments.

Since founding Ottum Enterprises, Wayne has provided guidance to hundreds of business owners and individuals, empowering them to achieve their business and personal objectives through the development of a clear purpose and direction. In 2008 and 2009, Wayne directed the launch of the Bellevue Entrepreneur Center as part of the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce, where he was the center's chief business consultant while serving as the Chamber's Chief Operating Officer and Economic Development manager.

Wayne has used his vast experience consulting in a myriad of situations to develop the trademarked and highly effective "challenge" processes for defining and achieving the business and life one truly desires. Now, with his wife and business partner, Deborah Ottum, they have taken this process and applied it to relationships to develop The Passion Challenge™, a fun an innovative process to help committed couples communicate more effectively to discover, develop and enhance the intimacy, romance, and passion in their relationship.

Wayne has a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix in Seattle, a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education from Oregon College of Education (now Western Oregon University) in Monmouth Oregon, and a Certificate Degree in Technology Management from the University of Washington in Seattle.
